For more than 40 years, we have helped manufacturers innovate through simulation, PLM, digital manufacturing, Industrial AI, and engineering services. Our Marketing team works closely with Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across North America and Europe.
Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing Maya HTT's digital marketing initiatives by supporting campaign deployment across email, social media, and marketing automation platforms. This role will have ownership of campaign scheduling, marketing automation execution, social media publishing, and digital marketing coordination while partnering closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales to deliver engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, events, and other digital channels.
  • Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows using marketing automation platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, assets, approvals, and publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to deliver engaging, on-brand marketing campaigns.
Marketing Automation & Performance
  • Manage audience segmentation, list management, and marketing assets within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support continuous optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, marketing processes, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and external vendors to support integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing best practices, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or campaign execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
  • Preferred technical experience: Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), SEMrush, Salesforce (SFDC), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Generative AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality digital campaigns.
