What You'll Do

The Lung Health & Imaging Navigator (RN) coordinates guideline driven follow-up care for patients with lung nodules and other non-emergent imaging findings and supports the Low-Dose CT (LDCT) Lung Cancer Screening Program. The role serves as a central point of coordination among patients, radiologists, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up, patient education, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Clinical experience in pulmonology, oncology, case management, or navigation.

  • Strong communication, organization, and EMR proficiency.
