Summary
Zevia is seeking a Manager, Retail & Digital Growth to accelerate profitable growth across retail and digital commerce channels.
This role sits at the intersection of retail media, digital commerce, shopper behavior, performance marketing, and analytics. The Manager will identify growth opportunities, design and execute high-impact experiments, and translate insights into actions that drive conversion, velocity, household penetration, and sales.
Success in this role requires equal parts analytical rigor, commercial thinking, and executional leadership. This person will serve as a key growth operator across retailer.com platforms, retail media networks, and Amazon -connecting signals across channels to uncover what drives incremental growth and ensuring those learnings are acted upon across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director, E-Commerce & Growth, this role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Digital Shelf, Insights, Finance, and external agency partners.

  • Develop and manage a prioritized growth roadmap aligned to company objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities and performance gaps across retailers, platforms, audiences, products, and shopper journeys that drive meaningful velocity improvement
  • Build and operate a rigorous experimentation and testing framework across digital commerce and retail channels.
  • Design and execute tests across media, retailer.com, and Ecommerce channels while synthesizing results into clear decisions, including where to scale, optimize, or discontinue investment.
  • Partner with agencies and retail platform partners to maximize performance across key retailers by creating customer specific marketing plans
  • Evaluate and optimize Zevia's digital presence including landing pages and PDP content to drive improvement across digital KPIs including CVR, sales, and NTB
  • Leverage digital commerce insights to inform broader retail growth strategies and investment decisions.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, benchmarks, scorecards, and performance reporting that connect activity to business outcomes.
  • Monitor growth performance across channels and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.

What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of experience in retail media, performance marketing, eCommerce, shopper marketing, or omnichannel growth roles
  • Experience in CPG, beverage, and omnichannel retail environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth across digital and/or retail channels (e.g., improving conversion, velocity, ROAS, or sales outcomes)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Agencies, and Commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field, preferred

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but will serve as a mentor for others in the department.
