Lavior Pharma is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to support the companyโ€™s expansion across digital, social, e-commerce, and marketplace channels.
This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused professional who understands how to build campaigns, manage online platforms, analyze performance, and use modern AI tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and results.
The Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen Laviorโ€™s brand presence, improve digital performance, support sales initiatives, and create high-quality marketing materials for customers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller/Vendor tools, and other reporting platforms.
Support the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and organic marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing Laviorโ€™s online presence across Amazon, Walmart, e-commerce platforms, social media, and other marketplace channels.
Create marketing content, presentations, sales materials, product sheets, social media posts, and campaign assets.
Use Canva and other design tools to develop professional visual materials aligned with the companyโ€™s brand.
Prepare presentations for sales teams, distributors, investors, healthcare providers, and internal meetings.
Apply AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other marketing AI platforms to improve content creation, research, campaign planning, productivity, and reporting.
Support email marketing, CRM marketing, lead-generation campaigns, and digital follow-up strategies.
Track performance metrics and provide clear reports with recommendations for improvement.
Work with internal teams to support product launches, trade shows, distributor campaigns, and customer education initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Meta advertising, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and campaign management.
Experience with Amazon and other marketplace platforms is strongly preferred.
Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Mandatory working knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, and productivity.
Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation/design platforms.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to turn ideas into professional marketing materials quickly and accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of healthcare, wound care, medical products, beauty, wellness, or consumer products is a plus.
