Position Summary

The Manager, Digital Strategy is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that delivers exceptional customer experiences while supporting organizational growth objectives. This role oversees the digital ecosystem, including digital products, platforms, systems, development, and support functions.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across digital product management, digital development, system administration, and digital operations while driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer engagement. This leader will collaborate across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, implement digital solutions, and optimize digital experiences through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of digital products and platforms.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across digital channels to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Assess current digital capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Education
