JOB SUMMARY

This job plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and overall success of digital products throughout their lifecycle. This role will lead the definition and execution of key digital product capabilities, establish and evangelize a cohesive vision and strategy across multiple digital products, clearly articulate the "why" and the "what" behind product decisions, and drive the digital product roadmap. The incumbent will bridge complex technology, business, and customer needs to create innovative and remarkable digital experiences that solve critical customer problems and drive substantial business value. This individual will be responsible for defining the overarching product value proposition, outlining comprehensive vision and execution plans, securing alignment and support from senior strategic partners and stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of multiple product initiatives. The incumbent will foster strong collaboration with digital design, digital development, and data & analytics counterparts to ensure integrated and effective delivery.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Product Roadmap & Backlog Ownership: Accountable owner for the digital product roadmap and backlog across multiple products or product lines. Oversees the intake and demand management process, sifting through "noise" to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest results and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Oversees the identification of complex problem areas, points of friction in customer journeys, and critical jobs-to-be-done. Drives the creation and rigorous testing of hypotheses that translate into innovative and impactful digital solutions and experiences across multiple products.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serves as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned digital products, managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership. Clearly articulates complex roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to diverse audiences, influencing and aligning stakeholders across the organization.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Defines, tracks, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes for a suite of digital products. Implements advanced strategies to iterate and continuously improve performance, leveraging comprehensive quantitative metrics and qualitative observations to derive deep customer insights and identify significant product improvement opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Drives collaboration with Digital Product Management Hub, digital design, digital development, and data & analytics counterparts to identify synergistic opportunities, scale product capabilities, and maximize value for the organization. Ensures seamless cross-product alignment and integration.

  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Leads build, buy, or partner evaluations and complex vendor integration initiatives. Deep understanding of potential applications of new technologies, market trends, and vendor capabilities. Evaluates the inventory of existing digital capabilities and determines if they can solve identified problems or if new capabilities are needed across the product portfolio.

  • 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management

  • 4 years of experience in Healthcare Industry experience

  • 4 years of experience in Leadership or Mentorship experience
