Are you a strategic, hands-on content creator who thrives on turning strong material into real engagement, growth, and brand momentum?

We are recruiting a Content Marketing & Social Media Manager on behalf of IDrinkCoffee.com, one of Canada's leading specialty coffee and espresso equipment retailers. Since 2009, IDrinkCoffee has grown into a proudly Canadian success story with showrooms in Milton, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta.

This role is designed for someone who will take full ownership of the overall social media and content strategy, ensuring every piece of content is deployed effectively, fully leveraged across the right channels, and continuously optimized for results.

Work Arrangement

On-site at the Milton showroom and office 2-3 days per week (potentially up to 4 days), as this is where the majority of content creation takes place. The remaining days will be remote.

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 annually (depending upon experience)
Candidates at the higher end of the range will be expected to bring significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall social media and content strategy.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent, high-impact content calendar.
  • Publish and optimize content across all social platforms.
  • Drive measurable improvements in engagement, audience growth, reach, and overall performance.
  • Review analytics regularly and refine strategy based on results.
  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to produce new content.
  • Create original content personally, including appearing on camera when appropriate.
  • Identify and coordinate with additional creators (employees, freelancers, influencers, and industry partners)
  • Oversee the production of video, photography, written articles, blogs and other content formats.
  • Repurpose existing content effectively across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Ensure all content supports product launches, promotions, educational initiatives, and the broader IDrinkCoffee.com brand.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on social media experience with a proven track record of growing engagement, reach, and community.
  • Capable content creator who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Solid knowledge of coffee, espresso equipment, and the broader specialty coffee scene (authenticity and audience understanding are essential).
  • Strategic thinker who can balance creative production with data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills to coordinate multiple creators and production streams.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular time on-site at the Milton location.
