Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will create compelling, digital-first designs that drive measurable results across digital advertising platforms. You will specialize in direct response campaigns and social media content, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing creative assets that meet both client objectives and platform-specific best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Campaign Design Strategy: Create digital-first designs that drive conversion rates across digital advertising touchpoints, with particular emphasis on direct response and lead generation campaigns.
  • Social Media Design: Develop scroll-stopping social media creative packages, including feed posts, Stories, Reels, and paid social ads that drive engagement and conversions across platforms. Ensure designs maintain visual consistency while adhering to platform-specific best practices.
  • Digital Asset Production: Design and optimize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring proper file formats, dimensions, and specifications for mobile and social media deployment.
  • Testing & Optimization: Design and execute strategic A/B tests for creative assets, including thoughtful variation development, proper control group maintenance, and iterative improvements based on statistical significance.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to refine design approaches, conducting A/B tests and implementing learnings to improve conversion rates and engagement metrics.
  • Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure seamless brand experiences across all digital advertising touchpoints while adapting designs to leverage platform-specific features and requirements.
  • Project Management: Balance multiple digital design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining version control and asset organization.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
