The Advocates, a Forbes ranked legal search firm, is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the efforts of The Advocates and its sister company, Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions on a long-term temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent. The Advocates and Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions work with law firms and corporate legal departments to support their strategic growth needs by finding the right fit for both their candidates and clients, improving engagement and satisfaction and reducing turnover in the process.


Executive Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Receptionist
  • Assistant to President of company
  • Support Senior Recruiters and Search Consultants
  • IT liaison and backup
  • File maintenance, both digital and physical
  • Conduct research
  • Oversee client collections
  • Assist with internal payroll
  • Provide support with updating the CRM
  • Assist with marketing efforts and managing social media platforms
  • Liaison with building management


Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
