About Us

We're a growing trading card and collectibles retailer specializing in Pokémon, Kayou, One Piece, sports cards, memorabilia, and other hobby products. Our mission is to create an outstanding experience for collectors, players, families, and hobby enthusiasts while building a welcoming community for everyone who walks through our doors.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable Retail Sales Associates who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to learn about the collectibles industry.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
  • Assist customers with trading cards, sports collectibles, accessories, memorabilia, and sealed products.
  • Help customers find products that match their interests, collecting goals, and budget.
  • Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
  • Assist with inventory counts, pricing updates, merchandising, and product organization.
  • Handle high-value merchandise responsibly while following store procedures for inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Learn about new product releases, popular trading card games, sports collectibles, and hobby trends.
  • Support store events, tournaments, trade nights, product launches, and community promotions.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and help create a fun, welcoming environment for collectors of all experience levels.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for team members who enjoy interacting with people, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and want to grow with our business.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with customers.
  • Dependable, punctual, and takes initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn about trading cards, collectibles, and the hobby industry.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Open to work full time or part time
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and major product release events.

Preferred

  • Retail or customer service experience.
  • Experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Interest or knowledge in Pokémon, One Piece, Kayou, sports cards, or other collectibles.
  • Experience buying, selling, or collecting trading cards or memorabilia.
  • Familiarity with grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or CGC is a plus.
