Job description

General Purpose
The Commercial Banking Product Administrator will provide support and administrative duties for products and projects managed by the Commercial Banking department.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Commercial Banking Leadership team and works on department related projects.
  • Works with Sales, Support, Digital Banking, Marketing, Compliance, and Training departments when making changes to products and getting them market ready with customer facing notices and communication.
  • Responsible for guidelines, policy, risk assessment, and audits for Commercial Banking.
  • Provides Key Performance Indicator reports, such as, but not limited to, customer enrollments, tracking volume, and revenue.
  • Provides annual reviews for products that are owned by Commercial Banking.
  • Supports product enrollment processes as needed.
  • Assists with product support and performs research as needed.
  • Champions the delivery of exemplary customer service.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
  • Experience in understanding customer needs and delivering unsurpassed customer service.
  • Expert knowledge of systems and duties completed by Commercial Banking.
  • Ability to share technical expertise with team members.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure superior results and team success.
  • High proficiency in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Higher understanding of regulatory and risk requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Demonstrates ability to resolve conflict in a calm manner, negotiate difficulties, and models and counsels team members regarding appropriate professional behavior.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, manage and supervise workflow in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understands the importance of and maintains confidential information.

Education or Formal Training:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with focus in Technology, Design, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or similar field is preferred.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's License required.

Experience:
  • A minimum of two to three (2-3) years working in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of at least two (2) years of product administrative duties and/or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, education or training.

Working Conditions
Working Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The ability to work remotely from home may be an option, with a required 3 days in-office. This option may change at any time. Occasional travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations, evening and weekend work should be anticipated.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role.
