In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to identify and advance high-impact AI opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. You will guide teams through AI use case development, support solution selection and execution, and connect stakeholders to the right tools, resources, and delivery paths. This role also promotes scalable, well-governed AI practices by supporting standardization, tracking outcomes, and ensuring responsible and secure use aligned to enterprise standards.

What We Ask of You
  • Serve as a trusted AI advisor to business leaders, helping identify, refine, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned to strategic business outcomes.
  • Guide business stakeholders through AI use case development, problem definition, benefit realization, and implementation planning.
  • Facilitate intake, assessment, and prioritization of AI opportunities, directing work to the appropriate business-led, technology-led, or vendor-supported delivery path.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate solution options, including buy-versus-build decisions and platform selection.
  • Connect teams with AI resources, subject matter experts, solution architects, and delivery partners to accelerate execution.
  • Help establish repeatable patterns, reusable assets, prompt libraries, and use case inventories that support scaled adoption and reduce duplication of effort.
  • Share success stories and emerging opportunities to demonstrate the art of the possible and inspire broader adoption across the organization.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of specialty insurance experience required and 1-2+ years of experience using AI tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to identify and deliver technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading change management, adoption, training, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, generative AI tools, automation platforms, and responsible AI principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
  • Experience working across business and technology teams in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Pay information:
  • The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
  • The national average salary range for the Associate AI Business Partner is $62,400 - $85,800 with 12% incentive and the national average salary range for the AI Business Partner is $116,080 - $159,610 with 25% incentive.
