This role is distinctively focused on <strong>retailer engagement</strong>, and <strong>omnichannel execution</strong>, ensuring our brands show up powerfully across both physical and digital retail environments.</div><div class="ql-align-justify">Your work will directly influence how our brands connect with shoppers across key customer touchpoints, driving growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Responsible for digital commerce growth at key customers, working closely with the brick-and-mortar team to ensure optimization of PDP, retail media, search strategy, and digital shelf management.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Lead the development and execution of customer-specific omnichannel marketing strategies, integrating digital, in-store, and promotional tactics.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Collaborate with brand and partnerships teams to bring co-partnerships and key tentpole moments to life at retail to drive digital conversion.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Partner with Sales, Category Management, and Brand Marketing to identify customer opportunities and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer programs.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor and analyze program performance, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Own & manage budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources across customer programs.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Lead marketing operations for the digital commerce/omni team to ensure organization and clear reporting.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Education and Work History:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">5+ years of experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or eCommerce strategy within CPG, retail or agency.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong understanding of retailer ecosystems and omnichannel shopper behavior.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external partners.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience with retail media networks and digital shelf optimization.
