  • Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives that improve visibility into audience engagement and business development opportunities

  • Partner with Business Development to establish processes for lead capture, qualification, routing, tracking, and follow up

  • Help maintain accurate campaign and engagement data within CRM and marketing platforms

  • Support development of audience segments, engagement scoring, and other tools that improve targeting and follow up effectiveness

Website & Digital Experience

  • Support ongoing management and optimization of the Prospera website and other digital properties

  • Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, campaign experiences, and calls to action in partnership with Creative and Integrated Marketing

  • Support SEO and search visibility initiatives

  • Monitor website traffic, visitor behavior, engagement, and conversion activity and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Help ensure digital experiences remain current, intuitive, brand consistent, and aligned with business objectives

Social Media & Digital Advertising

  • Support execution of Prospera's organic and paid social media programs

  • Coordinate campaign content and distribution across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

  • Assist with paid digital campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, monitoring, and performance reporting

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve digital reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Sales & Business Development Enablement

  • Partner with Business Development to translate growth priorities into targeted digital marketing initiatives

  • Support development and digital distribution of materials that help BD teams engage attorneys, consultants, financial advisors, and strategic partners

  • Coordinate digital outreach before and after conferences, webinars, meetings, and other relationship development opportunities

  • Help connect marketing engagement data with appropriate business development follow up

Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance across email, website, social media, digital advertising, webinars, and other digital channels

  • Develop recurring reporting that provides visibility into audience growth, engagement, conversion, and campaign performance

  • Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, channel selection, and overall campaign effectiveness

  • Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing to establish benchmarks and KPIs and continuously optimize programs based on performance
