You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally, as well as external partners, to build our next generation digital offerings.**What Youโ€™ll Work On****Program Portfolio Leadership:*** Oversee the lifecycle of digital health programs from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.* Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital health roadmap, with emphasis on the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare* Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership and external partners.**Core Team Lead:*** Program leadership for AI and / or Data Interoperability initiatives focused on optimizing the delivery of care for cardiovascular, metabolic, and neuropathic diseases within clinical workflows* Lead cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, clinical, product, and external vendors.* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.* Ensure programs meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, privacy).* Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, KPIs, and outcomes.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelorโ€™s degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, data science, software)* Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital health projects* Experience with Medical Device, AI technologies in healthcare and / or EHR systems* 12+ years of program management or equivalent working experience* Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills* Results oriented with focused urgency, prioritization skills and ability to recognize/escalate issues appropriately.* Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends* Creative problem solver, agile mindset* Proven ability to manage to plan and resolve issues.
