What You'll Be Doing
The Operations Associate-Digital Support-Bilingual is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the ongoing support of Stifel's Client Facing Platforms, including Digital Client Applications and Digital Banking products. This role requires the ability to develop a strong understanding of digital support functions, including troubleshooting in both Spanish and English, training support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position partners with IT Product Support, Stifel Bank associates, and branch office personnel to deliver a high level of client service while adhering to established procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Accurately provide phone support with a high level of customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to client-facing applications and digital banking products.
  • Provide high-level customer service for banking-related inquiries including digital banking access, debit cards, credit cards, and online banking.
  • Develop effective communication with clients, branch personnel, bank associates, and internal teams.
  • Identify issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Provide timely updates on issue progression.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach at all times.

What You'll Bring
  • Spanish fluency with the ability to speak and read English and Spanish regarding review of documents, and verbal navigation and product support.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong phone communication and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to learn and support digital platforms and banking products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Required: 0+ years of professional business-related experience.

Systems & Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Proficient in internet browsers and troubleshooting (Edge, Chrome, Safari).
  • Financial systems knowledge (Thomson One, BETA) preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking platforms (Premier/Navigator) preferred. #LI-AS1
