THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-minded individual to join our Global Prairie team as Associate, Digital & Technology (Programmatic & Display). In this role, you will support and execute display and programmatic media efforts, helping clients achieve meaningful performance outcomes through strong execution and data-informed optimization. You'll play a key role in turning marketing objectives into effective digital media activations while monitoring performance, identifying insights, and continuously improving campaign results. Working in close collaboration with strategists, creatives, and Client Partnership leads, you'll help ensure display and programmatic media integrates seamlessly into broader integrated marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Support the strategic direction for brands across the digital ecosystem, developing unique strategies and building upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives, with a primary focus on display and programmatic media channels.
  • Own (with oversight) day-to-day execution and optimization of display and programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Serve as key point of contact for internal teams and external media partners related to display and programmatic execution, demonstrating the ability to speak confidently to strategy, performance and recommendations.
  • Evaluate and document results for clients, making thoughtful and data-informed recommendations for enhanced performance and future strategies, including optimization insights related to reach, frequency, audience targeting, and creative performance.
  • Emerging experience in the development of an integrated media and analytics strategy across tactics and platforms, with demonstrated exposure to display and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in the use of data and analytics to derive performance dashboards to drive optimization and recommendations across demand generation platforms, including pulling and interpreting platform-level reporting.
  • Experience in specific technical tools across paid media, search engine optimization and analytics, with hands-on experience executing, monitoring and optimizing display and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing and pacing media budgets against forecasts, with accountability for spend efficiency, delivery, and performance outcomes.
  • Familiarity with identity, audience, and data providers (e.g., first-party data onboarding, contextual targeting, PMPs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with growing confidence presenting performance, learnings, and next steps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Supports other team members through review and quality assurance for program implementation and training to ensure high-quality deliverables, including adherence to internal best practices and platform standards.
  • Supports the Digital & Technology team in building, implementing, and maintaining operational best practices and consistency in the delivery of Demand Generation solutions.


Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:

  • Paid social and/or paid search experience is considered a strong plus, though not required, and will be leveraged as needed to support broader integrated media efforts
  • Prior experience in agency (or similar environment) preferred, but not required


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.
