Role Summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking a Digital Shelf Associate to sit at the intersection of eCommerce, Marketing, and Data Analytics. Reporting into the U.S. Marketing function, this role owns our brands' presence across all eCommerce touchpoints to drive conversion across major retailer sites. You will be the architect of the shopper's journey, making it exciting to ensure every click leads to a seamless, persuasive, and best-in-class brand experience. • Develop Agentic Commerce Readiness Plans: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) - like Alexa for Shopping - are the future of retail. Establish a concrete, specific action plan to make our digital shelf optimal for AI search.

  • Drive PDP Optimization & Content Strategy: Execute retailer-specific copy optimization with agentic commerce best practices, manage PIM record integrity, deploy enhanced content (A+ Content, Rich Media, Brand Stories), and collaborate with Agency and Brand teams for mobile-first asset deployment.

  • Lead Digital Execution for New Product Launch (NPL) and Product Updates: Lead digital execution for all New Product Launches and Product Updates, ensuring 100% readiness across images, copy, and keywords by the "Go-Live" date in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain teams. Prioritize workload to address our Brand Growth Plans and business commitments, aligning with Hill’s Division and C-P best practices.

  • Manage Retailer and Vendor Relationships: Partner with key retailer teams to deliver tailored digital shelf solutions and collaborate with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, optimize processes, and review costs/SOWs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Category Management or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in PIM/DAM systems, syndication platforms, and digital shelf analytics tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools

  • Results-oriented with a strong passion for driving growth in the retail sector

  • Ability to thrive and advocate focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and storytell across all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative, always looking for new ways to engage shoppers and drive brand success

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn feedback and coaching into strategic action

  • Experience with retail media platforms and analytics tools such as Profitero, Revuze, or SimilarWeb

  • Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

  • Master’s degree or MBA
