Now Hiring: Dental Hygiene Assistant
Wisener, Cooper & Fergus Family Dentistry in Rogers, AR is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team!
Our busy hygiene department is growing, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while helping provide exceptional patient care. This position works directly alongside our dental hygienist to keep appointments running smoothly during a double-booked hygiene schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat patients
  • Review and update medical histories
  • Take digital X-rays
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
  • Chart findings as directed
  • Assist with patient education
  • Apply fluoride and perform expanded duties as permitted by Arkansas regulations and credentials
  • Help create an efficient, comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications
  • Dental assisting experience preferred
  • X-ray certification required
  • Expanded Functions certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented practice
