Vice President, Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic maintenance programs that align with corporate objectives and client expectations.
  • Provide executive oversight for maintenance operations across multiple regions and business units.
  • Ensure world-class safety performance through strict adherence to OSHA regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee annual operating budgets, capital expenditures, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Improve equipment reliability, asset utilization, and maintenance productivity through data-driven decision making.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, contractors, and strategic partners.
  • Support business development by participating in proposals, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Maintenance provides executive leadership for all maintenance operations across multiple industrial facilities and client sites. This role is responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies that maximize asset reliability, operational excellence, safety performance, and profitability. The Vice President leads regional maintenance organizations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures the successful delivery of maintenance services in the petrochemical, refining, power generation, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
  • 10+ years in executive leadership overseeing multi-site maintenance operations.
  • Extensive experience in EPC, industrial services, or maintenance contracting.
  • Experience managing union and non-union workforces.
  • Deep knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations.
