Qualified candidates will be able to perform at the highest standard to support BELFOR goals, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, Supervise, Coordinate, Lead, and control all departments in the office and to focus on increasing owner's equity through the efforts of personnel. General Managers will manage all facets of the office and personnel, report results upwardly, identify areas of concerns and implement solutions in compliance with BELFOR standards. General Manager is expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, while growing the business as needs are identified.

  • Hire and Recruit Talent
  • Manage financial components including P&L and Budgets of office
  • Ensure Compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations
  • Ensure staff members are properly trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, and develop career path to maintain retention of team members
  • Work independently and meet managerial goals.
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers and vendors.
  • Organize daily activities of self and others and to work as a team played.
  • Be a leader and lead the team to established goals.
