The Senior Manager, Transmission Customer Services, Risk & Reliability provides strategic leadership for Entergy's Transmission Customer Services organization and Transmission Risk & Reliability functions. The role leads customer engagement for Tier 1 industrial, nuclear, and specially designated transmission-served customers while driving system reliability, risk-mitigation practices, execution readiness, and cross-functional operational alignment across Power Delivery.
The leader ensures customer expectations, transmission asset maintenance, operating event reviews, and risk-management processes are consistently applied to support safe, reliable, and customer-focused transmission service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree Engineering required.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the utility industry.
  • Managerial supervisory experience required as part of progressive responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with Transmission and MISO tariffs.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent leadership skills to guide, mentor, and build an organization;
  • Strong communicator both at tactical and strategic levels with experience discussing complex topics in a simple, easy-to-understand way;
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to execute projects in a matrix organization;
  • Strong, demonstrated writing and presentation skills.
