Job description


Results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience leading integrated marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects, including websites, digital tools, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Skilled in aligning brand messaging with customer experience, executing digital roadmap initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Adept at collaborating with engineering, sales, operations, agencies, and vendors to support product launches and ongoing marketing communications in fast-paced environments.
This position will support Rheem North America and our HTPG Division, located in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy, Project & Platform Management
  • Lead development and execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with division objectives, including social media, websites, customer portals, quoting tools, and digital product resources.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, scope documentation, and workflow plans for digital and print marketing projects.
  • Manage cross-functional project execution across marketing, product management, engineering, sales, IT, operations, and external agencies to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery.
  • Track milestones and proactively mitigate risks to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Manage enhancements and ongoing maintenance of division websites, information databases, and customer-facing digital tools.
  • Monitor website/social communications and maintain digital content databases to ensure current, compliant, and optimized content.
  • Measure effectiveness of digital tools and campaigns using performance data and customer feedback.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements, content optimization, and digital enhancements to improve user experience and ROI.

Campaign & Sales Enablement Support
  • Develop and execute email marketing and social media initiatives to promote new products, brand messaging, and services.
  • Coordinate digital sponsorship assets and marketing deliverables for industry tradeshows, conferences, and internal/external events.
  • Align digital and print marketing initiatives to support integrated campaign performance.
  • Oversee development, production, and maintenance of technically accurate marketing publications, including specification sheets, bulletins, manuals, operating instructions, consumer literature, and sales materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy by collaborating with subject-matter experts and engineering teams.
  • Support product launches through coordinated release of digital and print collateral.
  • Review activities of print suppliers and external agencies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and outside partners to maintain alignment on deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Email Marketing & Survey Platforms (i.e. mailchimp)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in video production and editing software (i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Demonstrated ability to work and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments while managing workload and priorities.
  • Strong project management skills (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (WordPress, CMS platforms) and analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with print production processes and fulfillment logistics.
