Job Description: 
Four Peaks Building Group, LLC. is looking for an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction contracts.  The ideal candidate will be motivated and team orientated, to help support a project team on a wide variety of construction projects.  The Project manager is the primary contact and manages projects from start to finish, including material procurement, subcontracts, submittals, scheduling, RFI's, cost tracking, budget/cost code reports, change orders, and project closeout. 
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 
Compensation: Market based + candidate experience 
Schedule: 8 hour regular shift but longer hours may be required depending on various circumstances 
Job Type: Full Time 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
This position requires a strong understanding of commercial construction methods, attention to detail, data analysis, the ability to prioritize and execute, problem solve, and have excellent documentation skills, and good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all project team members 
  • Work with the project superintendent, establishing, maintaining, and managing customer/owner, and subcontractor expectations
  • Attend meetings including pre-construction, project, and staff meetings
  • Monitor and track quantities on completed work and prepare monthly billing invoices
  • Verify and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare and update project schedule
  • Process change orders
  • Communicate effectively progress/problems to senior management, field superintendent, subcontractor, and owner
  • Manage all aspects related to the execution of the project including safety, quality control and project integrity
  • Review and provide accurate project costs and forecasting

Qualifications and Skills:
 
·         Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience within the field of project management is preferred
 
·         Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience within commercial construction is preferred
 
·         B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
 
·         Must have good documentation skills and be proactive in resolving issues quickly
 
·         Ability to write professional and effective emails and letters
 
·         Ability to timely organize and archive project documentation
 
·         Excellent time management and organizational skills
 
·         Understand construction language, plans, materials, and methods and ability to communicate effectively within the construction environment'
