What You'll Do Concept, design, and deliver creative across web, app, email, social, packaging, print, and other marketing channels. Translate brand strategy and visual guidelines into cohesive, high-quality design solutions. Lead projects from concept through production and final-file delivery. Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, project management, and business partners. Present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback with urgency and confidence. Bring forward new ideas, creative trends, and technology that elevate the work. Support photo and video shoots while maintaining visual and brand consistency. Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. What You Bring 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction. A standout portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, color, photography, animation, and cross-channel design. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with XD, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
