Audacy is searching for a Digital Account Executive to drive revenue growth for Audacy's Digital Audio business. Candidates for this role must have experience in the digital space, and be able to develop new business with Local, National and Regional businesses.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Drive New Business: Identify and cultivate high-value business opportunities across Local, National, and Regional markets.
  • Expand Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to successful close, collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Provide critical feedback to internal teams, helping refine our offerings and positioning in the market.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging digital trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
  • Proven Success: A minimum of 2+ years of digital sales experience with a strong track record of developing new business and hitting goals
  • Strategic Thinker: You know how to design and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solver: You view challenges as opportunities to innovate and improve, always thinking ahead to find effective solutions.
  • Relationship Builder: Your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are second to none, enabling you to connect with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace Products and digital marketing tools; comfortable with adapting to new technologies.
  • Self-Motivated and Disciplined: You take ownership of your work, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
