Licensed Registered Dietitian — Clinical

Reports To: Manager of RDs

States we are hiring from: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin (High preference for PST/MST or willingness to work later schedule)

Role Overview

As a Registered Dietitian at Oshi Health, you'll deliver personalized, evidence-based nutritional care to patients managing complex digestive conditions — all virtually, from wherever you are. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of GI physicians and mental health professionals to provide whole-person care that truly makes a difference. This role is at the heart of our mission to transform GI care and give patients the relief they deserve.

What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual patient care using evidence-based protocols including low FODMAP and targeted elimination diets, tailored to each patient's digestive condition
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of GI physicians, NP/PAs, and psychologists to ensure a coordinated, whole-person approach to care
  • Develop individualized nutritional care plans that align with Oshi's clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner within the EHR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of company-wide nutritional best practices
  • Engage in professional training activities to stay current and continuously advance your clinical knowledge base
  • Share insights and feedback with your team to improve patient experience and outcomes as Oshi scales

What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • Completion of an ACEND-accredited internship
  • Active RD or RDN license with ability to be credentialed by insurance
  • Minimum 2–4 years of outpatient clinical experience
  • Must have strong knowledge of GI and use evidence based treatment plans
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
  • Experience in a digital health or high-growth startup environment
