Your primary duties as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include:

• Establishing and maintaining a strong, trust-based rapport with patients, which is essential for effective therapy.
• Diagnosing a range of mental health disorders and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Conducting regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group formats, to address various mental health issues.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• An active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, experience with online therapeutic platforms and programs will be advantageous. Familiarity with various therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is also beneficial.
