Job description

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our Pediatric Outpatient team in Springfield, MA. This position will provide general pediatrics nutrition care with potential training and cross coverage for Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, NICU, Metabolics, Adolescent Medicine, and CF clinics.

The Clinical Nutrition department promotes staff development and fosters professional growth while providing exceptional care for all those in the community who need us.

SCHEDULE:

  • Part time, 8 hours/week, day shift

LOCATION:

  • Pediatrics Specialty Center at 50 Wason Avenue
  • Springfield, MA

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Dietitian- Commission on Dietetic Registration (required)
  • Licensed Dietitian- Commonwealth of MA (required)
  • Education: BS in Nutrition or related subject (required) and Masters preferred (Masters required for all those registered 2024 and after)
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred, with pediatrics experience preferred; beneficial experiences include general pediatrics, eating disorders, diabetes management, gastrointestinal disorders, and infant care
