Job description

Join our team as a key Diesel Mechanic and play an essential role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our diverse diesel vehicle and equipment fleet. With a focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, you'll tackle everything from routine service tasks to complex troubleshooting. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to excellence in service.

Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, and various components. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services. Perform detailed inspections to identify and resolve issues.

Troubleshoot and fixing electrical and hydraulic systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic. Certification from a recognized vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship.

In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to meet job demands. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Wage: $25 to $36/hr. Benefit: including a comprehensive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Medical, Drug, AD&D, LTD, and Company paid Life Insurance. Safety and boot allowance, 5 day PTO + on January 1st, 2 weeks vacation received in addition to 5 days PTO All expense paid training available.
