Die Cutter Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die-cutting equipment to produce quality products while meeting production and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate die-cutting machines according to production specifications
  • Read and interpret job orders, work instructions, and production schedules
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed

Qualifications:
