Job description

Job Title: Housekeeping - House Attendant
Job Pay Rate: $19.10/Hr.
Job Summary:

As a member of the housekeeping team member, you will work maintain hotel premises in clean and orderly manner with the main focus on guest room deliveries, corridors, and linen closets by performing the following duties.

What you will be doing:
  • Cleans and maintains guest hallways, corridors, elevators, stairways, and assigned service areas.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, mops floors and guest room patios.
  • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
  • Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Performs special deep cleaning assignments throughout the hotel.
  • Reports maintenance orders to the areas of responsibility and also inputs work orders via HOTSOS.
  • Empties wastebaskets and empties glass container bins in all assigned areas.
  • Delivers refrigerators, other furniture, baby cribs, and rollaway beds to guestrooms.
  • Assists in the delivery of all guests' requests as they pertain to housekeeping.
  • Delivers clean bathrobes to linen closets.
  • Draining and filling ice chests/ bins in linen closets
  • Assists in moving guest room furniture for cleaning or to meet guest needs.
  • Delivers supplies to linen closets
  • Stocking proper glass wear and removing dirty dishes from linen closets
  • Trained on how to make a rollway or guest room bed
  • Defeathering process for our guest rooms
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors and Park Manager

  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
