Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care, enhancing treatment outcomes for clients.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, informing them about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health through ongoing professional development and participation in peer review meetings.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet individual clients’ needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration with partners and clients alike.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based psychotherapy methods, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
