As an LPCC at Diamond Path Counseling, you will assume a critical role in our outpatient treatment center. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, foster connection, and promote mutual learning.
• Providing Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized counseling sessions tailored to individual client needs, exploring their thoughts and feelings while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific mental health challenges and aspirations.
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress and treatment outcomes using evidence-based tools and continuous feedback to adapt care strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring integrated care through regular communication, case consultations, and coordinated treatment approaches.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing significant life transitions and mental health challenges. Our outpatient treatment center offers a safe, supportive environment where clients are guided to understand and manage their emotions, relationships, and life circumstances better, paving the way for sustainable recovery and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LPCC license in California.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with young adults.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with young adults.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Knowledge of holistic approaches to mental health.

This full-time LPCC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a supportive work environment, our benefits package includes:
