Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Collections Coordinator position in the Beaumont area.


Job Description:
 
Responsible for reviewing billing claims and ensuring all services are paid to contractual agreements. Contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding balances. Collecting payments, sorting and file paperwork. Entering and coding patient services into computer system and generating invoices.


Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
  • Must have two years of accounts payable or collecting experience
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of computers accounting software
  • Experience in healthcare billing and Medicare/Medicaid - preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
