Join Our Team - Full-Time Cleaning Technicians (Sales-Focused) in DFW!
Earn $23-$25/hr + Weekly Pay

Rigdon Inc. has been a leader in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and we're growing our DFW team. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and understand that this role is both service-driven and sales-focused.

This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job. When you're not actively working on scheduled jobs, you'll be expected to market our services to local storefronts and businesses to help generate new work. Your effort directly impacts your earning potential.

If you show up ready to work every day, we'll provide paid training, a company vehicle for jobs, and the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Clean interior & exterior windows
  • Perform gutter cleaning and minor repairs
  • Soft wash houses, decks, and patios
  • Power wash various surfaces
  • Install holiday lighting
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Prepare simple estimates and follow up with customers
  • Actively market Rigdon's services to storefronts and businesses when not assigned to a job
  • Identify sales opportunities and help generate new work

What We Expect:
