Union Environment: This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with LAZ Parking, is seeking dependable and customer-focused Cashiers to support parking operations at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). This is a part-time reserve position offering a pay rate of $16.66 per hour and is classified as a union position governed by a collective bargaining agreement. Part-time reserve employees are scheduled based on operational needs and business demand, including coverage for peak travel periods, call-outs, and special events. Hours are not guaranteed each week and may vary. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced airport environment.

In this role, the Cashier is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions within the parking booth while maintaining strict compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures. Duties include assisting travelers with parking-related questions, maintaining a clean and organized booth area, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Cashiers must communicate effectively with supervisors and management, collaborate with team members, and promptly report any equipment malfunctions or PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems) issues to management. Employees are required to follow all company policies, airport regulations, and union guidelines, as well as uphold security standards and the confidentiality of customer and operational information. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support parking operations.

Qualified candidates preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent and prior cashier or customer service experience. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to accurately handle money, maintain professionalism in an enclosed booth environment, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. All candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and meet St. Louis Lambert International Airport security requirements.
