Job description

Indotronix is seeking an :Manufacturing Planner Level 3
Location:Everett, WA
2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11 pm PST
Is Clearance Required To Start?: No
Associates degree or higher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) initiatives for aircraft electrical systems.
  • Integrate engineering solutions into production build plans to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Analyze production data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting production, cost, schedule, or product performance.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with aircraft structures and interiors.
  • Develop and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements using Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborate with mechanics and electricians to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Support the development of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and assembly procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in aerospace, electrical systems, or production engineering environments.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFMA principles, and Lean methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
     

    Education / Experience:

    • Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a production environment.
    • Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
