DevSecOps Engineer
Austin, TX - Onsite
Good secure programming skills in Java/Unix/Python or Go Understanding of Build/Release/Deployment process and Secure SDLC
Foundation in linux system, application monitoring Understanding and knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, application security, current best practices, and related software
Skills Required
  • 3+ years of experience in?Engineering/DevSecOps
  • Working knowledge of any cloud environment
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Understanding of SQL based database and application-database integratio
  • Experience with Profiling and Tracing tools
  • Understanding of Object Oriented skills Knowledge
  • Developing/working with Linux Operating System
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and threat modeling techniques

Responsibilities include:
  • Build & Support using CI/CD tools to port & manage applications on AWS & Kubernetes
  • Integrate security layer by proactively looking for threats and vulnerabilities at each step
  • Ability to understand the application requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability etc.)
  • Use tools to monitor & alert the high performance and low latency applications, test application security
