Job Description Job Title: DevSecOps Platform Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a DevSecOps Platform Engineer to build and enhance internal platform capabilities that enable development teams to deliver software faster, more securely, and with greater consistency. This role focuses on developing self-service tools, automation, reusable templates, and standardized DevSecOps practices that improve the developer experience and streamline software delivery. Key Responsibilities Build developer self-service capabilities and standardized development workflows.

Develop reusable templates and automation for Java, Python, .NET, and serverless applications. Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) modules. Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

Integrate security, monitoring, and compliance into automated delivery pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to improve platform adoption and delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications 8-15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in Platform Engineering or DevSecOps.

Expert experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep. Experience building developer portals using Backstage, Port, or custom API-based solutions.

Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development practices.
