Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Ionic Framework (enterprise-scale mobile app development)
• Capacitor (native bridge, plugin development, device integration)
• AngularJS / Angular (mobile UI development and state management)
• Swift (native iOS development and plugin customization)
• Experience with Android native development (Kotlin / Java)
• CI/CD for mobile apps (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Mobile security standards (OWASP Mobile Top 10)
• Experience with enterprise authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, biometrics)
• Familiarity with App Store / Play Store release processes
• Lead the end-to-end mobile application architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development and Swift for native iOS components
• Define mobile development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
• Drive technical decisions related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability •
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end mobile application architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development and Swift for native iOS components

• Mentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native stacks
• Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, Backend, DevOps, and Security teams
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Ensure high-quality mobile releases through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization
• Implement mobile security best practices (secure storage, encryption, authentication, certificate pinning, etc.)
• Monitor and resolve production issues and support app lifecycle management
