Description:

As a Project Manager at Ford AV, you'll guide complex AV projects from concept to completion, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. You'll provide overall direction and accountability, aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver results that meet company standards.

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive problem solving.
  • Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Travel to project sites as needed; up to 25%, depending on the job projects.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software.
  • Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus.

This role is IN-OFFICE with field responsibilities, not a remote or hybrid role.
This position encompasses a combination of office and field responsibilities, necessitating both physical and mental capabilities to effectively fulfill the job requirements. DOT Certification:
DOT Physical Exam for certification which is required for the operation of large trucks. DOT physical, related requirements and ability to possess or obtain a medical certification of at least one year duration.
