Company Engineering team is searching for a DevOps Engineer who is talented, well versed in DevOps technologies, automation, infrastructure orchestration, configuration management and continuous integration, and is not constrained by how “things are usually done”.

As a key member of the Company support team you will be at the forefront of Cloud technologies and taking advantage of a growing set of services at Company and features to run our mission-critical applications. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, implementation and support of large scale infrastructure across multiple AWS Zones and Regions.
• Participates in the design and implementation phases for new and/or existing products.
• Hands-on involvement in building, deployment and testing pipelines, automated provisioning of cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure support services.
• Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to analyze and design scalable solutions with high availability, globally distributed, clustered, supporting database replication, disaster recovery, data resiliency, security and SLA requirements.
• Ability to code and script to automate the provisioning and maintenance of systems in a geographically distributed environment.
• Work in an agile development environment, collaborating with Architecture, Application Development, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Design and implement proactive monitoring to ensure health, performance and security of production and non-production AWS infrastructure.
• Implement C/I and deployment strategies with a DevOps philosophy.
• Monitor systems and take corrective actions accordingly.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Experience building highly available, scalable cloud based platform and infrastructure for cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Programming language: JavaScript, GO, Python, Java, C#
• Strong knowledge of Scripting language: Shell, Groovy, Python, Perl, PowerShell
• SCM: TFS, Git, Subversion.
• Tools - JIRA, Puppet, Ansible, VMWare (Must), Vagrant, AWS, Docker, Octopus, TeamCity, Chef, Jenkins, Bamboo, New Relic, Nagios, Gradle, Splunk.
• Experience managing automated builds and deployments.
• Experience with automation/configuration management using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience in Linux server administration with RedHat, CentOS, Debian, or Ubuntu.
• Experience in Windows server administration a plus.
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Expert in Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, and other SW development tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
