Overview
VTG is seeking a DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and containerized application environments. The ideal candidate will leverage industry-leading DevOps tools and methodologies to streamline software delivery, improve system reliability, and enable scalable, secure, and efficient development workflows.
What will you do?
  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure to support software development and production environments.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support development, testing, and production environments across secure and low-side networks, on-premises infrastructure, and AWS cloud services.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure application delivery.
  • Implement DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability management, security automation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and improve system documentation, operational procedures, and deployment standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend new DevOps tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Experience with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
