WHAT WE OFFER

We are currently seeking motivated students to join our team for the summer of 2027 as Engineering Interns. In the role, you will assist in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes, conducting data analysis, and supporting the design and implementation of small improve-plant projects. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within our organization

The primary responsibilities within the role include:

Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Support the implementation and testing of process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and develop corrective actions.

Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation, including piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), standard operating procedures, and root cause analysis.

Conduct data collection and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.

Assist in the integration and optimization of the Distributed Control System (DCS) controls, including programming, testing, and monitoring system performance.

Participate in safety audits and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

The pay range starts at $23.68 per hour to $29.21 per hour.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Basic Qualifications:

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at the time of the internship, which is May 2027-August 2027

Focus on one of the following majors: Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Candidates must have completed freshman year

Preferred Qualifications:

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above strongly preferred
