GURUS Solutions is a North American consulting firm with over 20 years of expertise in guiding and optimizing the NetSuite ERP platform. Within the Product Development team-established in 2021 to build complementary internal tools-the Cloud - DevOps Product Developer ensures the stability, quality, and robustness of production solutions. This key role combines incident resolution, application maintenance, and day-today deployment management. They also contribute to product evolution through the continuous automation of Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, delivering a reliable BI tool that helps clients guide their strategic decisions.

Job Summary 

As a Cloud - DevOps Product Developer, you are the backbone of stability and quality for our production solutions. This role combines incident resolution, application maintenance, and deployment management to guarantee feature robustness, alongside the continuous automation of deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and Cloud infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

1. User Support & Maintenance

  • Take ownership of and resolve bugs, outages, and production incidents.
  • Monitor application health (GCP alerts, system logs, SQL/BigQuery data integrity).
  • Provide technical support to clients and ensure clear communication during maintenance windows.

2. Automation & Deployment

  • Automate recurring operational tasks to minimize manual work.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize deployment infrastructure and containers (Terraform, Docker).
  • Oversee production releases for new features.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools (Python).
  • Manage, maintain, and improve incident detection and data integrity mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in application/production support, operational DevOps, or SRE (Site Reliability Engineering). (Essential)
  • Automation & Deployment: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or GCP Cloud Build), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform). (Essential)
  • Bug Fixing & Development: Strong code analysis and troubleshooting skills in Python and JavaScript (Go or SuiteScript is an asset). (Essential)
  • SQL & Data Analysis: Strong command of SQL and complex databases (BigQuery, Snowflake) for incident diagnostics. (Essential)
  • Communication: Fluent bilingualism (French/English) for support and cross-functional collaboration. (Essential)
