We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a ServiceNow Developer role. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
Project Details:
The client is implementing ServiceNow and is seeking an Application Architect III - ServiceNow Developer to join its team. This is a specialized role that requires a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME). The primary focus of this position is to design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that integrate with client's systems and business processes.
Key responsibilities will include working with change management modules, system configurations, workflow automation, and documentation. This individual will collaborate with a team consisting of three architects and one project manager. While teamwork and collaboration are essential, this role is highly independent and requires the ability to manage work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
Provide training and support to end users.
Certifications: Preferred credentials include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Experience: Requires six to nine years.

Must Have Skills: 6-9 years of experience with the following:
