This role is essential in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery across Azure and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills in automation, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and observability with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

This position works closely with development, security, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices and ensure high availability and performance for both internal development teams and external customers.

  • Improve System Observability: Within 3 months, implement log aggregation and metrics visualization dashboards (e.g., using Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor). Identify key gaps in alerts/dashboards within Coralogix platform and develop plan to implement by 6 months.
  • Access and Security Enhancements: Configure identity federation using SAML/OIDC and manage Windows AD or Entra ID domains securely by month 3. By month 6, coordinate with customers to configure SAML integration for 3 different environments.
  • Container Orchestration and Deployment: By the end of the second quarter, deploy at least one new containerized application using Kubernetes and Helm, and document the process for reuse across teams. Ensure all containers follow secure configuration practices and are integrated with monitoring and alerting systems.
  • DevOps Process Leadership: Partner with 3+ development Scrum teams to streamline DevOps collaboration, establishing best practices for branching, code reviews, and release cycles. Serve as primary DevOps point-of-contact for new project launches and tech stack updates.
