  • Own release calendars, deployment windows, code freezes, cutover and rollback plans, and production readiness reviews.
  • Manage dependencies and sequencing across large development teams, shared components, packages, integrations, and concurrent initiatives.
  • Define environment, access, approval, audit, and change-management governance.
  • Lead retrospectives and root-cause reviews; communicate release status, risks, decisions, and timeline impacts.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and prioritize a team of Release/DevOps Administrators; establish runbooks and support standards.
  • Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure solutions are deployable, secure, and supportable.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, dependencies, permissions, Apex testing, packaging, and multi-environment delivery.
  • Proficiency with Git workflows, pull request automation, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, and scripting.
  • Experience implementing automated testing, code analysis, quality gates, and security scanning with Snyk, Checkmarx, or related tools.
