Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PCBA Functional Circuit Test (FCT) fixtures.
Perform preventive maintenance on test systems.
Diagnose test system failures impacting production.
Document repairs and maintain calibration status.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated test software, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar platforms
Experience working in a PCBA manufacturing environment, supporting production test, fixtures, or manufacturing processes
Basic programming or scripting exposure (Python, VB, C#, or similar) used for test support or troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation
Experience working in an ISO 13485 or FDA regulated manufacturing environment

Required Experience:
Associate degree or 3+ years relevant experience.
3+ years supporting FCT systems in manufacturing (medical device experience strongly preferred).
Hands-on with multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering, hand tools.
Must understand FDA regulations.
