Architectural Strategy: Design and maintain a scalable client device architecture that supports complex research applications and high-throughput data processing.

Endpoint Management & Automation: Lead the design and implementation of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions (e.g., KACE SDA/SMA, SCCM, Intune) to automate provisioning, patching, and software deployment. Backup Solutions: Architect and set up infrastructure to manage comprehensive device backups.

Hardware Lifecycle: Evaluate and standardize "Next-Gen" hardware (GPUs, VR/AR, specialized sensors) to ensure compatibility with lab instrumentation.

Virtualization & Remote Access: Architect VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) or DaaS solutions for researchers needing high-compute power remotely.

Monitoring & Healing: Deploy Nexthink solutions for proactive monitoring and automated healing of the device environment.

Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between the Research R&D teams and the broader Corporate IT/Security departments.

Device Integration & Directory Services
